Who We Serve

Rebuild 52 International provides peer-led, trauma-informed support groups for individuals and families facing complex life challenges, including:

  • Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability

  • Individuals in recovery or impacted by Substance Use Disorder (SUD)

  • Individuals living with mental and emotional health challenges

  • Families and children impacted by deportation, detention, or forced family separation

  • Transition-Age Youth (TAY) ages 16–25

  • Persons impacted by the justice, foster care, immigration, or child welfare systems

  • Caregivers and family members seeking emotional support and guidance

Our groups provide connection, understanding, and empowerment, led by trained peer supporters with lived experience.

Our Peer Support Groups

 Homelessness & Housing Instability Support

A supportive space for individuals navigating homelessness or unstable housing.

Focus Areas:

  • Emotional support and stress reduction

  • Coping with trauma and survival stress

  • Goal-setting and self-advocacy

  • Resource navigation and referrals

  • Building stability and hope

Substance Use Recovery & SUD Peer Support

Non-judgmental, recovery-oriented peer groups for individuals at any stage of recovery.

Focus Areas:

  • Harm reduction and relapse prevention

  • Emotional regulation and trauma awareness

  • Building healthy routines and accountability

  • Reconnecting with purpose and identity

Crisis & Support Resources:

 Emotional Wellness Peer Groups

Peer-led spaces to reduce isolation, stigma, and emotional distress.

Focus Areas:

  • Anxiety, depression, grief, and stress

  • Trauma-informed coping strategies

  • Emotional expression and resilience

  • Building healthy support networks

Families Impacted by Deportation & Separation

Support for families experiencing grief, fear, and disruption due to immigration enforcement.

Transition-Age Youth (TAY) Peer Support (16–25)

Support for young people navigating adulthood, systems involvement, and identity development.

Focus Areas:

  • Life skills and emotional regulation

  • Education and workforce readiness

  • Healthy relationships and boundaries

  • Identity, purpose, and self-worth

Youth Resources:

Peer Support for System-Impacted Individuals

For individuals impacted by incarceration, probation, foster care, or child welfare systems.

  • Reentry support and emotional healing

  • Reducing shame and stigma

  • Building healthy routines and community

  • Restoring dignity and self-confidence

Rebuild 52 offers a 52-week structured empowerment program that can be joined alongside peer support groups or as a next step toward personal transformation.

  4. Spiritual Growth & Purpose (non-denominational, values-based)
