Rebuild 52 International was born from lived experience, faith, and a commitment to build the pathway our family once needed.

As an immigrant family, we encountered many of the systemic barriers that continue to affect underserved communities, including limited access to education, stable housing, economic opportunity, culturally responsive services, and trauma-informed mental-health support. We learned that these challenges rarely occur in isolation. Trauma, relationship disruption, housing instability, financial hardship, language barriers, and unfamiliar systems are often deeply interconnected.

Families do not need more disconnected services. They need a trusted and continuous pathway toward healing, restoration, and lasting stability.

This realization led Christian and Isela Ponciano to establish Rebuild 52 International and develop the 52-week Family Stabilization Model™. Our trauma-informed, faith-informed, and culturally responsive framework restores couple and parent-child relationships, cultivates whole-person wellness, advances economic mobility and housing stability, and helps individuals rediscover their identity and purpose.

During our first two years, Rebuild 52 reached and supported 188 families through structured education, mentoring, support groups, and resource navigation. Participants have shared stories of stronger relationships, renewed hope, clearer goals, rediscovered purpose, and dreams reignited.

Today, Rebuild 52 serves as a trusted community bridge for immigrant families and system-impacted youth. We are more than a program. We are the pathway we once needed and the bridge we are honored to build for others.

Together, we are moving families from crisis to stability, from shame to dignity, and from surviving to thriving.
